Kastro Hotel - Spetses Town

The restaurant food is great, with fresh and substantial breakfast offerings including homemade jam and fresh ingredients. The hotel has a perfect and peaceful setting, and the staff is happy to recommend the best local restaurants.

Hotel very well situated, five minutes from the port, fifty meters from the sea. The rooms are really spacious, well equiped. The hotel itself is really nice, the inside courtyard with the pool the bar and the seats are a real plus. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Really nice price/quality ratio.

Location - incredible, right by the centre of town and the boat, the best local restaurants and which restaurants to go to. Also, on a beautiful island. Eggs and bacon for breakfast with home made jam.

The staff made me feel at home and even surprised me with a bottle of bubbles for my anniversary. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect for exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

The wonderful friendly staff were a pleasure to be around during our stay. They were helpful, cheery and great company. The big open courtyard with the pool and bar was great for sitting at before or after an evening out

The price is better because it is a short walk from the main port. So the studios are not in the hub of Spetses, just a little way off. It did mean that the area was very quiet and restful though

There are 2 floors in our room and the air-cond is on the top floor so it's not very cool on the lower floor (maybe should install an aircond on the lower floor too)

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel on Spetses Island. the location was perfect, situated just one street back from the main street, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel like family. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and basic amenities provided. The homemade products at breakfast, particularly the delicious homemade jam, were a delightful touch.

All was perfect during our stay at this hotel.

Just returned from a 4 day stay at the Kastro Studios and Apartments. This is our third trip to Spetses, but our first stay at Kastro. We traveled as two families with young children. We had a wonderful stay. We can't say enough good stuff about this vacation. Chrisitanna and Chrissa were very helpful with directions, suggestions and advice on what to do and where to go. If you have any questions, they are always there to help. The hotel is very clean, maintained and well kept. It is in a super location, close to the harbor, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast that is served is fresh and plentiful. They offer everything from eggs, breads, cereals and yogurts to rice pudding, fresh fruits and sweets. Everything is homemade and delicious. We stayed in a two story maisonette, which is like having your own condo. It came with a kitchenette, dining area, and all three kids had their own beds on the open loft above the main floor. They loved it! The hotel also has a nice warm fresh water pool. While the kids played in the pool, the adults where able to have some drinks on the patio. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra day. We will definitely be going back. A big "Thank You" to Christianna and the staff at Kastro for a wonderful vacation.

Thanks a lot for an excellent stay, will be back. Bedrooms were large. Staff was amicable. Near to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. A suite has everything you need.

Very good friendly service. Attractive swimming pool and terrace. Amenitites of a hotel and an apartment which was pleasant. Good breakfast with sufficient choice.Good shower.

Apartment was intended for three but there were only two of us and it still felt a bit cramped. Air conditioning in one room only.

i had really nice days staying at this family-friendly hotel. the whole place was clean and the staff were amazingly nice and incredible. the setting was quite good within easy reach of bouboulina's museum.

kastro exceeded expectations on spetses island. outstanding hotel, friendly staff, perfect breakfast. will definitely book again.

Uncomfortable bed made sleeping difficult.

We (2 adults, 1 child at 12years of age) stayed at Kastro Studio & apartments for our holiday. Our choice of hotel made a great holiday in Spetses, the best one we've ever had:-) The hotel is also situated very close to the harbor (Dapia) and a short walk from the very nice Kaiki beach. The hotel has a beautiful and cozy outside space with a pool & bar. Good clean rooms. The breakfast is also fabolous, including Christianas (The Owner) home made greek cakes!! The hospitality of Christiana and her staff is extraordinary. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to the beautiful island of Spetses.

Very clean and nice room with balcony and view of the sea. Common roof terrace with magnificent view. The staff is very nice and they pick you up at the ferry port.
